Job summary

Costa Coffee in Pontefract is seeking a Team Leader to drive smooth shifts, train and support Baristas, and energise the team to deliver coffee excellence. You’ll help maintain service standards and enable a positive, fast-paced environment for both customers and staff.

Flexible shifts and a supportive store culture are part of the role, with opportunities to grow leadership skills and contribute to memorable customer moments at Costa Coffee.

• Experience leading a team or stepping into a supervisory role.
