Job summary

Costa Coffee in Fleet is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily shifts, support and train new Baristas, and energise the team to deliver great service and coffee excellence. You’ll maintain high standards while adapting to busy periods and changing needs on the shop floor.

Open to flexible shifts, with a focus on reliability and confident leadership. This role offers progression opportunities in a busy Costa store within the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced cafe or retail environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to train new team members and run shifts smoothly.
