Job summary

Costa Coffee in Oxford is seeking a Team Leader to drive efficient shifts, train Baristas, and energise the store team to deliver excellent coffee and service. You will maintain high standards and lead with energy, confidence, and reliability on every shift.

The role offers flexible shifts and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic Costa Coffee store, with the chance to contribute to great moments for customers and colleagues alike.
