Night Team Leader (Barista Maestro)

A bit about the role

Starting pay of £13.33 – 13.83 per hour. Any hours worked outside of 11pm – 5am will have a starting salary of £12.33, rising to £12.83.

As a Team Leader, you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability, and autonomy. You’ll be involved with day-to-day operations, stock maintenance, health & safety, store marketing, and other activities. Every day, you’ll be dedicated to creating uplifting experiences for our customers and inspiring your team to keep customer service at the heart of everything they do.

What’s involved?

1. Taking the lead on shifts to support your colleagues in delivering unbeatable experiences
2. Maximizing sales by leveraging people's talents and ensuring they are in the right roles
3. Training and accrediting new Baristas
4. Familiarizing with new recipes and ranges, and sharing the news with the team
5. Driving high standards consistently, from espresso quality to coffee excellence scores
