Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support shifts across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (18 hours). You’ll train baristas, lead a small team and ensure service and coffee excellence with a positive, reliable leadership style.

We value energy, confidence and collaborative teamwork, with a focus on delivering great moments for customers. Training and development are available in a fast-paced cafe environment.

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
