Team Leader (Barista Maestro)

A bit about the role

Starting pay of £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependant store location).

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability, and autonomy. You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock maintenance, health & safety, store marketing, and other activities. Every day, you’ll be dedicated to creating uplifting experiences for our customers and inspiring your team to keep customer service at the heart of everything they do.

What’s involved?
  1. Taking the lead on shifts to support your colleagues in delivering unbeatable experiences
  2. Maximizing sales by leveraging people's talents and placing them in the right roles
  3. Training and accrediting new Baristas
  4. Familiarizing with new recipes and ranges, and sharing the exciting news with the team
  5. Driving high standards every time, whether through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores
