Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to provide energy, confidence and support across shifts in our Dundee store.

You will lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, and energise the team while upholding high standards of service and coffee excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train/new baristas and support colleagues.
• Calm under pressure with an energetic, positive attitude.
