Nights - Team Leader (Barista Maestro) - Carlisle Gateway RP DT- 24 and 32 contracts available - Free parking

Starting pay GBP13.93 - 14.93 per hour, rising with training to GBP for hours worked between 11pm - 5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if GBP, rising to GBP (dependant store location)

What you'll do

Being a Night Team Leader means more than just leading; it's your chance to step up. You'll be:

• Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
• Training and accrediting new Baristas
• Stirring up success for yourself and your team
• Crafting new recipes to energise your team
• Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
• Leading a small night team of yourself and one other
