Team Leader (Barista Maestro) - Next Bangor - 21 and 30 hours per week - Permanent contract

• Train and certify new Baristas
• Drive success for your team and yourself
• Develop new recipes to energize your team
• Maintain high standards, from quality espresso to coffee excellence scores
