Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is hiring an enthusiastic team member to deliver great customer service in our Bridgwater store. The role involves early mornings and evenings, with flexibility to open and close the shop and occasional lone-working shifts.

No prior experience is required as in-store training will be provided. You’ll enjoy great perks, including staff discounts, free drinks on shift, and access to Beanbox discounts, with opportunities for progression through the Barista to Boardroom Programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Open and close the store; lone-working shifts may occur.
• Handle cash and operate the POS.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and maintain store standards.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience needed as full training with be provided in store.
