Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. in Buckingham is seeking an enthusiastic team member who loves coffee and cake and delivering excellent customer service. This shift-based role supports opening and closing the store and may involve lone working.

No experience is required as full training will be provided in-store. We offer a range of perks including staff discounts, free drinks on shift, access to Beanbox discounts, and career development opportunities such as the Barista to Boardroom Programme.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an enthusiastic team member, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.
