We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You'll have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday: Full-time (Days)
• Tuesday: Full-time (Days)
• Wednesday: Full-time (Days)
• Thursday: Full-time (Days)
• Friday: Full-time (Days)
• Saturday: To be confirmed
• Sunday: To be confirmed

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing drinks and serving high-quality food
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and communicator
• Managing stock of mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation
• Checking and reporting on brewing equipment maintenance
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
