Job description

Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.

Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment, and standards.

Assist with light food preparation in the kitchen, including paninis and filled ciabattas.

Share the story of our menu, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with schedules, company, and COSHH standards.

Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines and procedures.

Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.

Use till systems for payments and customer orders.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues or complaints.

Assist on other tasks as needed, working collaboratively as part of the team to lead by example, protect the planet, and support local communities.
