Job summary: Barista

This is an opportunity for experienced Baristas to join our team at this exciting time for the hotel. As one of our food and beverage associates, you’ll ensure familiarity with every beverage on the menu, make recommendations, and answer customer questions. You’ll serve food and drinks quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. Address any issues promptly. Your efforts will ensure our guests leave well-fed, happy, and eager to return.

What will you do as our newly appointed Barista:

• Prepare espresso-based coffees, food, and snacks
• Bus coffee cart areas and coffee shop counter
• Educate guests on drinks menu, make recommendations based on preferences, up-sell special items
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing premises
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
• Input orders into the cash register system and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
