Job summary: Barista

This is an opportunity for experienced Baristas to join our team at this very exciting time for the hotel. As one of our food and beverage associates, you’ll ensure you know every beverage on the menu, can make recommendations, and answer customer questions. You’ll serve food and drinks quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. You’ll address any issues promptly, ensuring our guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare espresso-based coffees, food, and snacks.
• Bus coffee cart areas and coffee shop counter.
• Educate guests on drinks menu, make recommendations, upsell items.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing premises.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Input orders into the cash register and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day.
