We’re on the lookout for a phenomenal in-house Barista to become the heartbeat of OakNorth Bank’s Soho office – one of the fastest-growing businesses in Europe! This isn’t just any barista role – it’s your chance to run your very own coffee bar in our stylish Soho space, serving up flat whites, matcha lattes, and everything in between.

Reporting directly to the Office and People Experience Manager and playing a key role in our front-of-house team, you’ll be the first friendly face our employees and guests see each day. With warmth, energy, and customer delight, you’ll make our office experience truly unforgettable.

What you’ll be doing
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Serve high-quality coffees, teas, and hot chocolates with a personal touch.
  • Keep the barista bar fully stocked, spotless, and full of energy.
  • Develop coffee expertise, from understanding blends to showcasing latte art.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable office space every day.
  • Support the Office Manager with office maintenance, supplies, and post handling.
  • Promote health, safety, and exceptional service at all times.
