Location: Alexandra Technopark
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Mondays to Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and serve as a welcoming point of contact throughout their visit.
  • Engage with customers to provide thoughtful recommendations on our selection of craft packaged beers, based on their preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across the bar, guest areas, and service stations throughout the day.
  • Uphold all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including hygiene, safety, and beverage handling protocols.
  • Support smooth café operations during busy periods through clear communication and teamwork.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to ensure a high standard of service and workflow.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista, café, or customer-facing beverage role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging presence—able to make guests feel welcome and well cared for.
  • Interest or experience in craft beer, with the confidence to offer basic tasting notes or pairing suggestions.
  • Able to multitask efficiently between bar work and front-of-house duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
  • Familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
