Job summary

Loungers is expanding with Croeso Lounge in Wales and is seeking Front of House Team Members to join the opening team. You’ll welcome guests, serve drinks and food to high standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure every guest leaves happy.

Experience isn’t essential—kindness and a love for hospitality are key. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, staff meals, and plenty of opportunities to grow with a leading UK restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Bags of energy and your own personality.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• A self-motivator who works at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential — we can teach you how to be a great Lounger!

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
