Job summary

Pret A Manger in Bristol is recruiting a Barista for a full-time role (35 hours per week) at Unit 18, Cribbs Causeway. You’ll handcraft and serve our coffee and drinks, with weeks of training provided to help you excel and grow within the Pret family.

Expect an hourly rate of £14.55 (includes a mystery shopper bonus), plus a £5 extra per hour for shifts between 3–5am after training, 28 days’ annual leave, a pension, healthcare cash plan, and complimentary food and drinks while on shift.

Qualifications

• Team player with a passion for coffee and great customer service.
• Be kind, honest and generous with genuine warmth.
• Experience in barista or fast-paced service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hand-make and pour all barista drinks, including hot and iced options.
• Complete weeks of training before serving customers.
• Deliver consistent, friendly customer service and quality beverages.
