Barista FOH Customer Service Assistant Mon - Thurs
Watford
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £14.50
Hours: 32.5 per week

A stunning B&I location in Watford for a UK-based trade and retail company, catering to approximately 350 people daily. The service includes breakfast, lunch, a deli bar, and some hospitality. The role operates Monday to Thursday, with the added benefit of free on-site parking, although limited.

We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in Watford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively within a team to produce high-quality coffee for staff and visitors.
  • Adhere to company food standards and control wastage.
  • Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
  • Ensure retail items are stocked and rotated regularly.
  • Prepare the location each morning for daily operations.
  • Manage payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Conduct daily stock takes of available products.

Skills and Experience:

  • Team player with a personable and fun attitude.
  • Good verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written English and reading skills.
  • Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred.
