Euro Garages operates a Starbucks team at Popham West. We are looking for a friendly Barista to deliver great coffee and warm customer service.

No prior hospitality experience is required; full training is provided. You’ll make drinks to Starbucks standards, handle tills, and contribute to a welcoming store. Flexible shifts, potential for progression, and a range of benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Support store sales through confident up-selling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Monitor product quality and temperature records.
• Support the team during busy periods and key trading times.
