EG Group's Starbucks team in Shrewsbury is seeking a friendly Barista to join their welcoming store. You will train to prepare iconic drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a fast, friendly environment every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling.
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records.
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times.
