Job summary

Caffè Nero in Sherborne is looking for a friendly Barista to join our team and bring to life our passion for great coffee and brilliant service. You’ll welcome customers, craft handcrafted drinks, and deliver a warm, personal experience.

Training is provided; a positive attitude and teamwork are valued as we grow together in a busy store environment. Baristas earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location, with starter rates depending on age and strong opportunities to learn, grow and access store

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and face-to-face customer service.
• Friendly and energetic attitude with a flexible approach to shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver great service.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Make fantastic coffee, matcha and seasonal drinks to order.
• Provide great service in store and through deliveries.
• Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and ready for service.
