CH&CO is seeking a driven Barista for a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) in Manchester. You will craft drinks, deliver excellent service, and contribute to a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food.
• Keep the bar area clean and organised.
• Process payments (cash and card) accurately.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and communicate well.
• Restock and maintain mug/plate stock.
• Learn brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
