About the role

Starting pay of £12.00-13.00 per hour (dependent on the location of the store)

As a Costa Barista, you'll craft coffee that provides uplifting moments, using sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk, topped with signature art and delivered with your smile.

Responsibilities include:

• Crafting great coffee consistently
• Serving customers with a smile
• Learning about Costa products including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges
• Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness standards
• Having fun, learning, developing, and meeting great people

About you

A passion for coffee and people is just the start. You should also have:

• A positive outlook, personality, and can-do attitude
• Commitment to delivering excellence
• Good communication skills for engaging with customers
