Compass Group UK is recruiting a Barista to join the Costa team on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. You will craft beverages and serve customers with pride while upholding brand standards across high-street venues in the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks to Costa standards and serve food with quality and care.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organised.
• Process payments (cash and cards) accurately.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and clear communicator.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and assist with prep.
• Learn brewing methods and presentation techniques to improve service.
• Check equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
• Represent Costa and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Hygiene, Safety and relevant regulations.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
