Job Title: Part-Time Barista

We're recruiting a driven Barista to create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving high-quality drinks and food that delight our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized
• Processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation techniques
• Checking and reporting on brewing equipment maintenance needs
• Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in customer service
• Motivated with a strive for excellence
• Proactive decision-maker focused on customer satisfaction
