Barista - Costa

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 8 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights customers.
2. Keeping the bar area clean.
3. Processing payments (cash and credit cards).
4. Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
5. Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates.
6. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation techniques.
7. Checking brewing equipment operation and reporting maintenance needs.
8. Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image.
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
10. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
2. Previous experience in customer service.
3. Motivated and eager to achieve excellence.
4. Proactive and able to make customer-focused decisions.
5. Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Reliable with good timekeeping.
