Job summary

Pausa at Dunelm in Gloucestershire is seeking a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant for a minimum of 20 hours per week. You will be at the heart of our busy Pausa coffee shop, serving beverages and food while delivering friendly, joyful experiences to every customer.

You will learn product knowledge, uphold Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards, and work with a tight-knit team to keep the cafe welcoming, energetic and clean, including weekends and evenings.

Your local store is looking for a minimum 20hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. Whether it's a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you'll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It's a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft. What you'll be doing Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

• You're flexible, able to work across the weekends and evenings
• You have previous experience working closely with a team and you'll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment
