Overview

Pay - £8.28 - £12.86 per hour.

Our store in Chelmsford is looking for a minimum of 12 hours per week as a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday shift.

Dunelm’s coffee shops, titled Pausa, are thriving, and our Coffee Shop Assistants are central to this success. They handle a range of responsibilities including preparing food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and building customer relationships.

Salary:

• 16-17 years: £8.28
• 18+: £12.86

What you'll be doing

Following health and safety and food hygiene standards, our Coffee Shop Assistants work as part of a team, working efficiently under pressure and demonstrating product knowledge.

• Handling ingredients including dairy, nuts, and meat products.
• Serving hot and cold beverages.
• Preparing and serving food items.
• Ensuring food is served at the correct temperature.
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas.
• Loading and unloading dishwashers.
• Keeping the kitchen, service area, and restaurant clean and sanitary.
