Compass Group PLC is hiring a Barista to craft coffees and deliver high‑quality service at Universities. You will maintain a clean bar area, handle payments, and learn brewing methods while representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high‑quality items to delight customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.

• Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and build relationships with customers.
• Show initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
• Maintain timekeeping and reliability throughout shifts.

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)

• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image

• We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Universities on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
