• Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy, and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in coffee preparation techniques
