Wholesale support and barista training

Role Overview

Your role will involve the following:

1. Running our small cafe space
2. Making drinks for customers to a high standard
3. Keeping the cafe space clean, neat and tidy with daily cleaning
4. Keeping our retail display well stocked
5. Assisting in other areas around the roastery if needed, including dispatch, logistics, and other general cleaning.

Skills

1. Friendly and personable with excellent barista skills
2. Good teamworking skills
3. Self-motivated
4. Good computer and IT skills
5. Organised and professional

Experience

1. Previous barista experience working with specialty coffee
2. Experience in dialing in espresso (blends and single origins) and pouring advanced latte art
3. Passion for great coffee
4. Interest in working for a small family-run business focused on ethical relationships with coffee producers around the world
