Qualifications

• Résider au Royaume-Uni depuis 5 ans avec le droit légal de travailler.
• Capacité à réussir les vérifications de sécurité et les contrôles DBS.
• Une expérience précédente en tant que Barista est souhaitable mais pas essentielle ; une formation complète sera fournie sur place.

Responsibilities

• Préparer des boissons chaudes et froides selon les spécifications.
• Exploiter la caisse, traiter les transactions et délivrer un excellent service client.
• Maintenir la propreté à inclure le balayage, le nettoyage et la gestion des déchets.
• Servir des aliments emballés ou faits sur commande en respectant les procédures de santé et de sécurité.
• Gestion des stocks incluant le réassortiment et l'organisation des produits.

Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Barista to join our team in Stevenage, SG1 2DA.

We are seeking a passionate coffee enthusiast! Your responsibilities will include making specialty hot drinks and providing excellent customer service at the tills. You will work with a fantastic team and support the daily operations of the unit.

• This is a casual, zero-hours position; shifts are Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

A day in the life of a Barista:

• Preparing hot and cold drinks to specifications, showcasing or learning latte art skills.
• Operating the till, processing transactions, upselling, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintaining cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, rubbish disposal, and general cleaning.
• Serving pre-packaged or made-to-order food and cakes, following health and safety procedures.
• Stock management, including stocking, rotating, and ensuring items are faced and dated correctly.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work.
• Can pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous experience as a Barista is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided on-site.
