Job summary

EG Group's Starbucks team in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver memorable customer experiences and expertly craft beverages. You will work on a welcoming till, maintain a clean store, and follow food safety standards while enjoying full training and opportunities for progression.

Shifts are designed around your availability with a minimum of 8 hours per week, and you’ll benefit from discounts, wellbeing resources, and a learning library to grow skills.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
• Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Monitoring product quality and temperature records.
• Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times.

Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.00 per hour (Age 18–20) £8.05 per hour (Age 16–17)
