Job summary

Euro Garages in Crewe (Crewe Railway) is seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join the Starbucks team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare iconic drinks, and help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming environment each day.

Full training is provided regardless of prior hospitality experience. Career progression opportunities and access to extensive online learning resources are available to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and train for the role.
• Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommend products and support store sales through confident up-selling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Monitor product quality and temperature records.
• Support your team during busy periods and cover key trading times.

Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour (Age 21+) £11.00 per hour (Age 18–20) £8.05 per hour (Age 16–17)
