Job description

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 22 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Shift Pattern:

• Mon: Afternoons
• Tues: Afternoons
• Weds: Flexible
• Thurs: Afternoons
• Fri: Afternoons
• Sat: Full-time (Days)
• Sun: Flexible

Note: This role is contracted for 40 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing blended drinks and serving high-quality food
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator
• Managing stock of mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation
• Checking brewing equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
