Pret A Manger on 12 Bold Street Liverpool is seeking a Barista to join our Front of House team. You will handcraft and serve our coffee and drinks, delivering friendly, efficient service and maintaining the Pret standards. Training is provided to help you shine from day one.

Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You'll handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (ice ones too). Taking your responsibility to make people their favourite drinks seriously. Before pouring a single customer's single espresso, you'll undergo weeks of training. Giving you all the skills, pace and confidence you need (or need topping up) to make the perfect organic Pret coffee.

Base Pay Rate: £13.15 - £13.45

The perks

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey
