Caffè Nero in Royal Tunbridge Wells is hiring friendly, customer‑focused Baristas for a full‑time, permanent on‑site role. Training is provided with clear opportunities to grow within a vibrant cafe team.

You will craft coffee and seasonal drinks, deliver great service, and keep the cafe clean and welcoming. Competitive hourly rate with age-based starter levels and staff perks are included.

Formación

• No prior experience required; training provided.

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and seasonal drinks to standard recipes.

Our Baristas earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location. Starter rates apply depending on age:

• Under 21: £10.85 per hour
• 21 and over: £12.71 per hour
