Job summary

Euro Garages’ Starbucks team in Newmarket East is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver exceptional customer service and craft iconic beverages. Training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and access to a large online learning library to grow your skills.

You’ll work within a welcoming environment, learning to create great drinks, assist customers, and contribute to a fast, friendly service. Eligible for progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and approachable with a passion for customer service.
• Experience in customer service helpful but not required; full training provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommend products and support store sales through up-selling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Monitor product quality and temperature records.
• Support the team during busy periods and cover key trading times.

Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour (Age 21+) £12.65 per hour (Age 18–20) £10.45 per hour (Age 16–17)
