Job summary

Starbucks Newark DT is hiring a Barista to deliver an exceptional customer experience, serving high-quality beverages and food with a friendly, efficient approach. You will greet customers, take orders at the POS, and prepare drinks and food to Starbucks standards.

You will operate cafe equipment safely, maintain hygiene, restock supplies, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals. The role offers development opportunities, training, and potential progression to supervisory or management
