Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is hiring a Barista to craft great coffee and deliver a warm, energising customer experience. You’ll learn our menu, work as part of a team and keep the store welcoming and running smoothly.

We offer flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate (£13.12–£14.12) and perks such as staff discounts and a pension match. No formal barista experience required—just enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude.
