Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth, and skill to every shift at our store in the United Kingdom. You’ll learn our menu, deliver a memorable customer experience, maintain high standards, and help keep the store welcoming and efficient.

We offer flexible shifts to suit you, a pay-rate of £13.12–£14.12 per hour (location dependent), a 50% discount on Costa food and drink, matched pension up to 10%, a Coca‑Cola share scheme and a Financial Support Fund.

Qualifications

• Barista role requires energy, warmth and skill in delivering great coffee and customer experience.
