The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliableBarista / Café Team Memberto join our team full-time (approximately 40hours per week). You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, and ensuring the café is welcoming, clean, and efficiently run.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to specialty standards
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt customer service
Operate tills, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Support with food preparation, presentation, and stock rotation
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following food hygiene standards
Help with restocking, cleaning, and setting up displays
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold the values and ethos of Aviva Studios in every interaction
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about great coffee and hospitality
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Experienced in a similar barista or café role (minimum 6 months preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and event days
Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
Committed to high standards of cleanliness and safety
£12.60 per hour, paid bi weekly plus a share of tips
Full time position - about 40hours per week
