About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Casual

Key Responsibilities:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order
Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively
Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role is required
Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must
Demonstrate high standards and be well organised
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential

The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria:

Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management and organisational abilities
While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous
