The barista role at its heart is a service position dedicated to the excellence of coffee service and coffee excellence. The barista ensures the quality and consistency of our coffee, tea, and hot drinks service. They are responsible for coffee service stock management, coffee drinks quality assurance, health & safety measures in the coffee bar, and maintaining excellent drinks standards. They are an integral part of the team that ensures a memorable experience for our guests. Coffee is a core part of our experience and history, but it is not the only focus. Our coffee complements our food, facilitates relationships, and creates memorable moments. It is our foundational element that we have grown from and must continue to nurture as our heart.
