Job description

Arôme is a French artisanal bakery that melds age-old French methodologies with Asian ingredients and we pride ourselves in baking fresh onsite daily with quality ingredients that are inspired by the seasons.

We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Barista to join us in pouring the best coffees and beverages in our bustling bakeries.

Barista Responsibilities:

1. Consistently providing well-crafted beverages to complement our pastries
2. Dialing in espresso
3. Perform end-of-day and end-of-week cleaning routines
4. Basic maintenance of the coffee equipment
5. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
6. Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies and stock checks

Criteria:

1. At least 1 year of specialty coffee experience and a plus if you’ve worked with Slayer before
2. Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
3. Able to work quickly, calmly, and efficiently during busy periods
4. Great attention to detail
5. Flexible and able to multitask
6. Great team player with strong communication skills
