The role involves supporting the Bar Manager by maintaining bar standards, driving sales through creative drinks, and building guest relationships.

Contract: 0 hours

Salary: £13.85 per hour + Service After Probation

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers warmly and professionally
2. Preparing and serving coffee, teas, and other drinks to standards
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
4. Following health, safety, and food safety guidelines
5. Monitoring and restocking supplies
6. Using till systems for payments and orders
7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
8. Assisting with other tasks as needed
9. Promoting company culture and philosophy
10. Having a passion for coffee, tea, and customer service
11. Working collaboratively within a team
12. Adapting to challenges with a solutions-oriented approach
13. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
