Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is looking for a Barista to deliver an energising customer experience while mastering our menu. You’ll keep the store welcoming, clean and running smoothly, and you’ll work closely with the team to ensure the store is the best it can be.

The role offers flexible shifts with an hourly rate of £13.12–£14.12 depending on location, plus Costa perks and a pension scheme. This position is based at Costa-owned stores and supports diverse, inclusive teams.
