Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Barista in the United Kingdom. As a Barista, you’ll bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift while delivering a memorable customer experience with great coffee and friendly service.

This role offers flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate of £13.12–£14.12, staff discounts, a pension match, and participation in our Costa Foundation initiatives. You’ll work with a supportive team to keep the store welcoming and running smoothly.
